Vegetarian Oyster Garlic wok dish with red cabbage

4 Persons - 15 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 250g Go-Tan Rice Sticks
  • 240ml Go-Tan Original Wok All Natural Oyster Garlic
  • 15ml Go-Tan Wok Oil or Sunflower Oil
  • 1 tsp Go-Tan Minced Garlic or 2 fresh garlic cloves
  • 2 winter carrots (half moons)
  • ¼ fresh red cabbage (strips)
  • 200g chestnut mushrooms
  • 4 shallots (quartered)
  • 2 spring onions (rings)

Tip:

Voeg voor extra pit wat Sriracha toe

Preperation

  1. Prepare Go-Tan Rice Sticks according to package directions.
  2. Heat a wok or sauté pan, add oil and fry the shallots, chestnut mushrooms and carrot until the vegetables are al dente.
  3. Add Go-Tan Original Wok All Natural Oyster Garlic and the red cabbage and wok for about 1 minute.
  4. Stir the Rice Sticks through the dish and heat through.
  5. Divide the dish between plates and garnish with some spring onion.
