Pizza with Chicken and Sriracha sauce

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 300g minced chicken
  • 1 finely chopped garlic clove
  • 1/2 red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 sachet of grated cheese
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • 165mL of plain Greek yogurt
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Lime (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (400 ° F).
  2. Unroll pizza dough onto a non-stick cookie sheet. Combine 2 tbsp of Sriracha, chicken and garlic. Spread over pizza crust. Garnish with peppers, and cheese. Bake for 12 to 18 minutes or until edges of crust are golden.
  3. Combine the coriander, Greek yogurt and 1 tbsp of Sriracha in a bowl. Salt to taste. For added flavor, squeeze half a lime into the mixture
  4. Once the pizza is baked, pour a drizzle of coriander-Sriracha sauce. Garnish with fresh coriander and chopped peanuts, if desired
