Black Bean wok dish with minced meat and bimi

4 Persons - 15 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 250g Go-Tan Rice Sticks
  • 300g half-and-half minced meat
  • 240ml Go-Tan Original Wok All Natural Black Bean
  • 15ml Sunflower Oil
  • 1 tsp Go-Tan Minced Garlic or 2 fresh garlic cloves
  • 200g bimi (or 1 small broccoli in florets and blanched)
  • 1 sweet pointed pepper (strips)
  • 1 red onion

Serveer er wat Thai Cassave bij.

Preperation

  1. Prepare Go-Tan Rice Sticks according to package directions.
  2. Heat a wok or sauté pan, add oil and stir in the minced meat together with the garlic.
  3. Add the bimi, pointed pepper and red onion and wok until the vegetables are al dente.
  4. Add Go-Tan Original Wok All Natural Black Bean and heat for 1 minute more.
  5. Serve the dish with the Rice Sticks.
