Beef Teriyaki

Ingrediënten

  • approx. 300 g steak, sliced ​​crosswise to the wire
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  • 2 red onions, in rings
  • 240 ml Go-Tan wok sauce Teriyaki
  • Spring onion, in rings
  • Broccoli, in 1.5 cm . stalks
  • Red bell pepper, in strips
  • Optional: 3 tablespoons sherry
  • Optional: 3 tablespoons Go-Tan soy sauce

Preparation

  1. Blanch the broccoli.
  2. Take a wok pan with a dash of oil and briefly fry the steak in it.
  3. Remove the steak with the liquid from the pan and pour the sherry-soy mixture over it. Turn around well.
  4. Add some more oil to the wok and wok the red onion together with the bell pepper. After 1 minute, add the broccoli and keep stirring.
  5. Add the wok sauce and keep stirring.
  6. Turn off the heat and add the steak with the sherry-soy mixture to the pan.
  7. Serve with white rice and spring onion.
