Beef Teriyaki

Ingredients

  • approx. 300 g steak, sliced ​​across the wire
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oil
  • 2 red onions, in rings
  • 240 ml Go-Tan wok sauce Teriyaki
  • Spring onion, in rings
  • Broccoli, in stems of 1, 5 cm
  • Red bell pepper, in strips
  • Optional: 3 tablespoons sherry
  • Optional: 3 tablespoons Go-Tan soy sauce

Preparation

  1. Blanch the broccoli.
  2. Take a wok pan with a dash of oil and fry the steak briefly in it.
  3. Remove the steak with the liquid from the pan and put the sherry-soy mixture on top. Mix well.
  4. Add some oil to the wok pan and wok the red onion with the bell pepper.
  5. After 1 minute, add the broccoli and keep tossing well.
  6. Add the wok sauce and keep tossing again.
  7. Turn off the heat and add the steak with the sherry-soy mixture to the pan.
  8. Serve with white rice and spring onion.
