Satay with Atjar Ketimoen (sweet and sour Cucumber) for 3 persons
Preparation time: Easy to prepare in about 25 minutes.
Requisites
Go-Tan Sataykit, 400 grams of white rice
500 grams chicken fillet, 1 cucumber
1 oinon, 1 small red pepper
2 dl vinegar, 2 dl hand warm water
2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt
1 sachet of Go-Tan krupuk
Preparation
Boil white rice and marinate the satay minimally 30 minutes and grill following the instructions on the packaging.
Atjar Ketimoen
Cut the cucumber (ketimoen) in quart slices, the onion in thin half slices and pull out the rings. Cut the red pepper in small parts. Put everything in a bowl. Add vinegar, water, sugar and salt and mix thoroughly. Put this home-made atjar in the fridge.
Tip
Serve rice, satay, satay-sauce, atjar, friend onions and prawncrackers separately in nice bowls.
