Tip

Crunchy tips!

Crunchy in combination with soft is delicious, just like crispy fried bacon in salads. Accent your Nasi Goreng and white rice by crumbling prawncrackers or crispy fried onions over the rice. Season your meal with extra sambal or Ketjap Manis, at preparation or at the dinner table. Do you like chopped garlic? Just add and fry it in the wok.

Crunchy tip 2
You can give your nasi goreng a nice crunch by adding crumbled krupuk (prawn crackers) or crispy fried onions.

Some like it hot…
To spice up your nasi goreng, add some sambal (chilli paste). Or season with ketjap manis (Indonesian soy sauce) for a sweet and delicate finish.
Are you a garlic lover? Add it to the mix! Fry some crushed garlic with your nasi goreng.
